Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video of the item and packaging. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Refundable Situations
